FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions   Q: Where is the Roseland Theater located? A: We’re located in downtown Portland, OR at 8 NW 6th Ave. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: How do I buy tickets to your shows? A: Visiting our website www.roselandpdx.com is the best, cheapest, & most reliable way to buy tickets to all of our shows. You may also call the ETIX call center at 855-227-8499. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Do you have a box office where I can buy tickets in person? A: We do not. You can purchase advance tickets through our website roselandpdx.com. You can also call the ETIX call center to order tickets over the phone at 855-227-8499. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Do you have ADA seating or an ADA viewing area? A: Yes, our building is ADA accessible and we do our best to accommodate every music fan we can. We can set up an ADA area on our general admission floor (house right) and provide a chair in that area to those that need it. We have a lift on our street-level entrance that goes up to the general admission floor. Our balcony is not ADA accessible. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: What time do the doors open for the show I’m attending? A: We typically open doors an hour before the showtime listed on our website. This is subject to change on a show-by-show basis. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Can I have my print-at-home ticket scanned on my phone? A: Yes! As long as the barcode is visible we are able to scan your ticket from your phone. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I have tickets at will call for tonight’s show. What time can I pick them up? A: You can pick up your will call tickets the night of show once doors have opened (typically an hour before the show time listed on our website). Just bring your photo ID! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I’m trying to buy tickets but the website won’t let me select the ‘Print at Home’ option…what gives? A: In an effort to keep tickets in the hands of real music fans & away from scalpers, we have set a zip-code radius limit for our print at home tickets. This means that anyone purchasing tickets to our shows using a debit or credit card with a zip-code outside of the greater Portland area will be required to select the ‘Will Call’ option. If your purchase isn’t going through, try selecting ‘Will Call’ for the delivery method! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I bought tickets and selected the mail delivery option. When should I expect my tickets? A: Tickets typically get mailed out 30 days before the show. If you haven’t received them within 10 days of the show please call the ETIX call center at 855-227-8499. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I bought a VIP meet & greet or early entry ticket to one of your shows. When do I show up? A: That information is typically sent out via email 48 hours before the show. Keep an eye on your inbox & spam folder for an email from the respective VIP company. If you still haven’t received that information the day before the show, call us in the Double Tee office at 503-221-0288. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I bought a ‘print-at-home’ ticket for a show but I still haven’t received it. When can I expect to see it in my inbox? A: When you bought your ticket you should have received an email confirmation. This is not your ticket! Your ticket will be sent out 5 days prior to the event. This is another effort to cut down on ticket scalping. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I lost my confirmation email! What do I do? A: First step: Check your spam folder and make sure it wasn’t filtered out of your inbox! Still nothing? Click here to have your ticket re-sent to you! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Are your shows 21+ or all ages? A: Age restrictions are determined on a show-by-show basis. Check the listing on www.roselandpdx.com for that info! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: What type of ID is considered valid for entry to 16+, 18+, & 21+ shows? A: Per OLCC regulations, the following forms of ID are accepted:

  1. An unexpired and unaltered U.S. state or District of Columbia driver license.
  2. An unexpired and unaltered identification card issued by a U.S. state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, or American Samoa, with photo, name, date of birth, and physical description.

____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Where can I park close to the venue? A: We encourage as many folks as possible to utilize public transportation when coming to the Roseland Theater, as we are located right on the MAX Yellow & Green lines. There are also several bus lines that make multiple stops within the immediate area. However, if public transportation isn’t an option for you there are plenty of nearby lots, garages, and street parking spaces nearby. Click here for a Google Maps view of parking options. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Are there any hotels near the venue? A: We recommend The Society Hotel, The Hoxton, or Courtyard by Marriott. All located just a couple of blocks away from the venue!  ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: Is there smoking allowed inside the venue? ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I’m interested in renting the venue and/or putting on a show? How do I do that? A: Both the Roseland Theater (1410 capacity) and Peter’s Room (400 capacity) are available to rent for your prospective event! Send us an email at info@roselandpdx.com with all of the pertinent info regarding the event and we will have someone follow up with you! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I’m a photographer. Can I bring my camera in? A: Camera policy is determined by the artist and it will vary from show to show. A good rule of thumb is point and shoot ONLY, nothing with a removable lens. No audio, no video, no pro, no flash. We thank you in advance for your compliance. Please be sure to tag Roseland & Double Tee social media: @roselandpdx / @doubletconcerts ____________________________________________________________________________________ Q: I’m a local artist that wants to open for one of your shows. How do I get on the bill? A: Support acts are determined by the headlining artists’ mgmt. We’re not able to add local support for every show. If you are interested in being considered for an opening slot when we are permitted to add a local, please send your information to info@roselandpdx.com.
